Dugros is a driven family business with an enthusiastic team of roughly 80 colleagues. Because of the trust we receive from our customers, we have grown rapidly in recent years. It is important for us to give you the opportunity to grow and to get the most out of your business with our products. Since Dugros began, we have been able to make hundreds of businesses, and millions of consumers happy with our bags, wallets, and belts.
In 1969, Bas Duifhuizen was born among bags, so to speak. His father ran a small leather goods factory and shop, so there really was no escaping leather goods. After selling bags on the market for a long time, he set up the wholesale business in leather goods in 1999. His knowledge about profitable products is used to our customers' advantage to this very day. In 2008, we opened our factory in Kolkata, giving us more control over quality and supply. In 2017, we celebrated the go-live of our webshop. Nowadays, more and more businesses are making use of these online possibilities. The most recent milestone is the opening of our office in India. From Kolkata, we carry out quality checks at our production partners.
