RETURNS 

Did you receive a defective or an incomplete product? Then send an email to customerservice@dugros.com, or contact your sales representative.
Please provide a clear description and photo of the defect/shortcoming and your purchase receipt. Once we receive this information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

WARRANTIES 

We have a warranty period of 1 year for our products; wear and tear, or the improper use of an article, are not covered by the warranty.
Purchases can only be returned if an agreement is made with Dugros. The costs and risk associated with sending postage paid goods to the address designated by Dugros, and for resending them to another party, belong to the other party.
